Did you know that grilled chicken recipes are the best barbecue ideas for Sunday afternoon with family and friends!!
Well now you do!
This is another of my recipes which I really love because of the colour the peppers add to the display when I'm serving this with my chef. Kids really love them too.
But the most important part, of course, is the taste the peppers. Absolutely perfect for a summer meal outdoors.
Oui?!
2-4 fillets of chicken breast
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 slices bread
Two sausages on the grill
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste,
Chicken seasoning to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Put barbecue on medium heat.
Wash chicken breast fillets. Then dry with paper towels. Cut into cubes.
Mix with 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Wash and cut each pepper (red, green and yellow) in half. Then remove the cores. Cut the flesh of the pepper into pieces.
Next, slice the sausages into pieces.
Cut the bread into medium cubes and sprinkle with olive oil.
Moisten skewers with water.
Now add the chicken, sausages and peppers - but alternate them so there is variety.
Place over the barbecue. Be sure to turn the loaded skewers so that nothing burns and everything gets that lovely golden colour I am forever telling you about on my site!
This bbq grilled chicken delight is perfect when served with rice and sliced tomatoes on the side!
Enjoy your kebabs!!
